This is a fairly old hotel right on the seashore. We had a room overlooking the sea - and at night it was terribly noisy. The terrace windows knock when there is a gust of wind - as was written in many reviews. There are no double beds in the rooms - it is unclear why, and we had to fasten two regular beds together and fill the hole between them with pillows to get something like a normal bed. But the worst thing is sleeping on the sofa - it has a terrible iron mattress and sleeping on it is simply torture. My daughter tearfully refused to sleep on it from the second night and had to let me do it. Food - breakfast is a simple standard buffet, the juices in the machines are chemical, but there are no others. Dinner - you won't have anything interesting. No seafood or interesting fish. Every day it's just a different stew and fish. They change but nothing tasty. There is no grill. What's good about the food is quite a lot of fruit. But on the last evening, we simply didn’t know what to take - we were simply tired of stewed meat and vegetables. The hotel is well located - next to the hotel is the famous LORO Park and it is definitely worth a visit. The best feature of the hotel is the large heated pool with a temperature of 26-27, which is why we chose it. But we wouldn’t come a second time.

The garden area was amazing with many different outside sport activities, benches, plants, etc. There were 3 outdoor pools and a breathtaking sea view both from the pool area and our room, and also from the restaurant of the hotel. The staff was super kind, helpful & friendly. We had only breakfast at the hotel and we were satisfied with the great selection of food there. We also tried the beach bar/restaurant of the hotel and it was a great experience as well, nice food and cocktails. All in all we had an amazing time at the hotel and we will definitely come back when we visit Tenerife again. :) *extra appreciation for the hotel for surprising us upon arrival with an upgraded room that turned out to be a big suit with sea view (from 2 terraces/ no extra charges) & also for getting our room ready earlier than the official check-in time without a problem. An idea for the future// I would suggest for either have one of the coffee machines with plant based milk or just have a separate foam maker machine as some type of plant based milks are already available. I am aware the need for that may be lower but I would truly enjoy the availability for a nice, foamy coffee with plant based milk and i'm certain there are many more individuals. :)

There was a helpful tourism desk, they helped us plan all our sightseeing. Reception staff were great and helped us with whatever we needed. We stayed during the new year time and resort threw an amazing new year party. We were quite impressed with how much work and planning they did for new year party and the following day extending breakfast to lunch hours . Overall it was great experience for us and we will be happily recommending the resort to our friends.

The resort's lush botanical garden was a highlight of my stay, offering tranquil spaces perfect for sunset yoga and relaxation. The architecture is truly unique, warm and charming in every detail. The view on the ocean is incredible! I really enjoyed my morning coffee overlooking the big blue cuddled by the sound of the waves. What really sets this resort apart is its extraordinary staff, so friendly. They made me feel instantly at home. I found myself wishing I could have extended my stay. From the stunning grounds to the exceptional service, this resort exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Tenerife.

We felt very welcomed from the very first minute when we arrived at the hotel - the receptionist not only gave us clear instructions and information about the hotel but also told us lots of useful things about the city and the island, the places worth visiting etc., this was really nice. The room had a lot of facilities, the view was perfect - we could see both the mountains and the ocean from the very top floor. We could relax in the pool area, there were nice gardens, a minigolf, a gym and other facilities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy.
